Poems From Engineering- Serving Tea Cup

The whole night passed in ticks of clock,
I was in the room shut in a lock.
Morning they will open it up,
Serve me again with the same tea cup.

No I don't want to go outside there,
Where the wild life gives me a strange stare.
Life says "You gotta live and out of alts".
I deny to be awake and refuse to have daily salts.

Why doesn't the clock moves as I wish,
Why the time isn't my bowl's fish.
I want to kill it and make it stand still,
Things don't come out to the right till.

But it goes on ticking sec after sec,
And life's coin went on flicking neck after neck.
As I hoped morning they opened it up,
And served me again with the same tea cup.
